For more than 20 years, UPflow Advisors' founding partner Lori Williams has guided companies in the US, Canada and Europe through business growth, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, advising start-ups to large corporations and on transactions ranging in value from $20 Million to over $50 Billion. 

 

Since 2018, while successfully growing her own consumer brand in Canada, Lori saw a need for executive level business building and M&A know-how in early to mid-market consumer and retail brands.  It was from that realization, UPflow Advisors was born in 2021.

 

Lori and her team at UPflow advise entrepreneurs, executives, small business owners and private equity firms on business growth, with an emphasis on strategic value drivers, mergers, acquisitions and partnerships. We specialize in business growth plans and transactions for early to mid-market businesses, specifically in the consumer and retail space.  Our narrow focus on specific industries enables us to leverage our deep insight, real life operator experience, and extensive network, particularly in North America, Europe, and South Africa, to unlock opportunities that deliver long-term value to our clients.  

 

Our hands-on advisory approach is notable and unique.  We are not an advisory firm or investment bank.  We are a fractional strategy, business development, and M&A team and we sit side-by-side at the table with our clients to ensure their needs are always being considered.​​
